ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION
Accommodation has been reserved for all participants at the university's Pollock Halls of Residence, close to Holyrood Park. This should be booked simultaneously with registration for the conference. All rooms are non-smoking. The current prices of the accommodation available (including full Scottish breakfast) are:

[It is anticipated that funds will become available to enable subsidised rates for this accommodation to be offered to those in particular need of such assistance.]
N.B. In case of cancellation, the deposit of one night's room rate will be refunded, if written notice of cancellation is received by 31st May, 2006. After that date no refund can be guaranteed.
Participants who wish to make their own arrangements for hotel accommodation should consult the Edinburgh and Lothians Tourist Board web-site (see below).
